FAQ’s

Do you accept insurance?

We accept most insurance.  Call our office and tell us your insurance plan and we will help you determine the coverage it includes.

What if I don’t have insurance?

We think modern, high quality care should be accessible to everyone, including patients without health insurance.  Our simple fee structure helps take the guess work out of health care pricing so you can get your pain relieved and injury healed rapidly without breaking your budget.  We make if affordable.  Patients pay only $50 for each treatment unit.  Most injuries require just one treatment unit per visit.  Packages are available for multiple treatment visits in a complete treatment plan.  For your convenience we accept cash, checks, debit and credit cards as payment for your visits.

Do you accept Worker’s Comp and Personal Injury Cases?

Yes. We are trained in handling these particular cases.

What is needed to schedule a Consultation?

If available, medical records, insurance and contact information, and if required by insurance a referral from your current treating physician.

What is needed to schedule a Consultation for Worker’s Comp?

A referral from your current treating physician, work comp authorization, insurance and contact information.

How long do treatments last and how frequent are the visits?

It all depends on the underlying issue – how recent (acute) or chronic it is.  Most patients are treated three times per week at the outset and with decreased frequency as the problem becomes more resolved.  A treatment plan will be outlined for you during your initial no charge consultation.

What happens during my Consultation?

During your Consult/Eval Dr. Lathrop will conduct a patient interview, review your records, evaluate you and create a treatment regimen for your particular injury.
